The Asia Pacific Alliance of YMCAs, based in Hogn Kong, deals directly with the National Council of each of its Member countries.

APAY is a federation of YMCA Movements in 27 countries in the Asia and Pacific region that seeks to promote cooperation among YMCAs in the region and worldwide.

It is one of 6 global sub-regional structures:

• The African Alliance of YMCAs
• The North American Alloiance of YMCAs
• The European Alliance of YMCAs
• The Latin American/Caribbean Alliance of YMCAs
• The Middle Eastern Alliance of YMCAs

The Asia Pacific Alliance is financed through contributions of its member associations and other resources including special projects and services.
